Paper Applications must be filled out completely, and signed by ALL parties applying before it will be processed. Applications can be delivered by Fax (208) 288-2566, email: info@amcpropertiesllc.com, or dropped off personally. All applications must include an application fee of $30.00 per person or $40.00 per married couple made payable to AMC Property Managers. Copies of your most recent earnings check stub and a State issued ID must also be included.
